Shaul Bassi

Shaul Bassi is assistant professor of English and Postcolonial literature at the University of Venice - Ca' Foscari. His research, teaching and publications are divided between Shakespeare and postcolonial literature. He has taught courses on Jewish literature (with a special focus on Canada) in Venice and at the University of California at Santa Cruz, where he was visiting professor in 2003. He is the secretary of AISLI, the Italian association of postcolonial studies.
