There are plenty of choices in Toronto for hotels in the mid-range and up (C$100/night plus); budget choices are harder to find. The Drama Centre is within a 20-minute walk or short subway/streetcar ride from most places within the downtown core. The closest subway station is Queen's Park on the University-Spadina line; the 506-College streetcar stops outside, and the 510-Spadina streetcar stops two blocks away. St. George subway station on the Bloor-Danforth line is a 10-minute walk north of the Centre (use the St. George exit).

Price information has been checked; however it is not guaranteed and is subject to change. All prices are given in Canadian Dollars. Unless indicated otherwise, price given is for a standard room with bathroom. Expect to pay up to $20/day extra for parking (in downtown Toronto, a car is a liability, not an asset). Rates do not include 12% hotel tax (non-Canadians should keep copies of receipts, since visitors to Canada can claim reimbursement for some or all provincial hotel and sales taxes when they leave the country. Take receipts, passport and onward ticket to the Tax Refund Centre in the Eaton Centre shopping mall downtown).

The conference takes place in the Robert Gill Theatre, 214 College St., 3rd floor, University of Toronto. It is a building on the NW corner of College & St. George in downtown Toronto.
